The purpose of the Program is to train participants how to perform the Untangled: Freedom Technique which is a 12-week intensive healing process that involves weekly calls, energetic work, and subconscious programming release, created and developed by Nancy Cooper. The Program could be categorized as Transformational Coaching and is designed to help clear out old programming from the subconscious mind, remove subconscious blockages, and help release trapped energy from the body. The goal of the Program is to help individuals uncover subconscious blocks that have been keeping them in repetitive toxic or karmic cycles of self-sabotage and uses a combination of physical body releases, energy healing, and proprietary 12-week framework which enables individuals to systematically untangled energetic ties and belief systems, release old programs and energy blocks, and experience an overall sense of empowerment and clarity. By registering for the Program you understand and acknowledge that the information presented in the Program, including but not limited to; concepts, modalities, teachings, protocols, methodologies, resources, recommendations, techniques, frameworks, and/or other materials or information is for educational purposed only, is intended to be applied as general guidance, and is not a replacement for professional or medical advice or treatment.

2. CERTIFICATION

Until said time of completing all of the requirements of the Program you understand and agree that you may NOT represent, expressly or implied, yourself as an Untangled Certified Practitioner and recognize that purchasing access to the Untangled Certification Program alone does not authorize you to practice the Untangled Method or imply that you are authorized, sanctioned, or endorsed, or in any form a representative of Nancy Cooper and the Untangled Method until you have successfully completed the Untangled Certification program, in its entirety, including signing your Untangled Certified Practitioner Licensing Agreement and receiving your certificate.

3. LICENSING
The Program is the result of Nancy Cooper’s years of study in fields of psychology, energy healing and alternative well-being practices, and channeled downloads by Nancy Cooper. Consequently, the Program is considered that which falls into the category of Transformational Coaching and no state in the United States licenses Untangled Method practitioners. Therefore, you agree to assume and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with using The Program and for applying what you may learn from participating in the Program. Further, you agree and understand that this Agreement is intended to be a complete unconditional release of liability and assumption of risk to the greatest extent permitted by law.

4. MEDICAL CLAIMS

The Program is designed for transformational purposes and overall well-being but does not replace licensed healthcare services. It is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or mental health conditions. Any medical concerns should be addressed by a licensed healthcare provider, and the Program is in no way a replacement for medical treatment.
Practitioners are strictly prohibited from making medical claims, suggesting diagnosis, or implying treatment. Any misrepresentation of The Untangled Method as a form of medical or psychological therapy may result in immediate revocation of certification, legal action, and liability for damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nancy Cooper and all affiliated entities from any claims, liabilities, or legal consequences arising from unauthorized medical claims made by you.

5. TRAINING
As part of your training you will be guided through the Untangled Method by Nancy Cooper or one of her Certified Practitioners and you freely acknowledge that you may not work directly with Nancy Cooper during your training process and accept and agree to this. You understand that your training Practitioner is only there to provide you with guidance pertaining to the Untangled Method and access to them should not be misused or misconstrued for personal coaching or any other use.

All concerns with the Certification process should be addressed directly with Nancy Cooper and you will be provided with information on how to contact her, inside the Practitioner Portal.

You understand that one of the Program’s requirements is for you to guide a client through the entire Untangled Method under supervision of an appointed and assigned Untangled Certified Practitioner and you will need to sign your Untangled Certified Practitioner Licensing agreement prior to working with your practice client. At no point are you permitted to accept ANY FORM of financial payment for providing the Untangled Method services including tipping or “donation,” while you are in training, or to perform the services for free. Violation of these terms will result in termination with no refund.

6. REQUIREMENTS
You understand that in order to become a licensed Untangled Certified Practitioner you must have successfully completed the certification program within 9 months of your registration date. Failure to complete the certification process within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your training and you will need to reapply to be an Untangled Certified Practitioner at full cost.
